Please describe the screen and problem, but do not include a resident’s name, medical information, password, verification code, or screenshot containing private information in ordinary email. Signed-in users can use the in-app help option for an authenticated request.
Questions about a resident’s care
Contact the resident’s facility or care team using the contact information shown in CareBridge. CareBridge Support cannot interpret clinical information, provide medical advice, or replace the facility’s care team.
Urgent help
CareBridge is not an emergency or continuous-monitoring service. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services. For an urgent care concern, contact the facility directly.
Privacy or security concern
Report a suspected privacy or security issue to security@carebridgeconnect.ai. Do not investigate a suspected incident yourself or send sensitive details through ordinary email. You can also review our Privacy Policy.
